Since the last update, Tabular is DOA. I've deleted the preferences, rebooted, reloaded Tabular and nothing will bring it back. I used this application extensively prior to this, but now the application will only launch, ask me where I want to store my data and then go into a semi-transparent mode where all I can do is close the application.

Completely unusable at this point.

Hey, really sorry about this. A few users have been reporting this issue. I've submitted an update with a fix to Apple -- it'll hopefully be approved within the next couple days. Unfortunately there's not much that can be done in the mean time.

Sorry again for the inconvenience, and let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!

    Hi Jarod,

Is there a file that you could email me to get this fixed sooner? maybe just whatever changed inside the .app package?

    Thanks!

Apps that are downloaded from the app store are code signed, which unfortunately means that the operating system won't allow you to run the app if it's been modified in any way.

What I can do is send you a standalone copy of the app that will function for seven days, which should be enough time to use it until the update is released. It'll take me some time to prepare it though -- I'll shoot you an email in a few hours.

Awesome! Thank you for your help. This really hampered my preparation for band practice this week.

For the most part, this app is great, I have only minor complaints. ;)

Update on this -- the fix was just approved by apple, so you should be able to download the update in the App Store within the next few hours. Thanks for the patience!

Thanks Jarod, I use Tabular quite a bit, it really helps me put together bass lines for the songs that I need to learn.

Anyway, I appreciate your support of your user base!

    Thanks again!
